We discuss issues such as transport and timescales. We will make all the necessary arrangements, staying in contact with you and advising you at all times.
Should you require us to pack your belongings, great care is taken to provide protection and safe transportation. We are proud of our track record – less than 0.5% claims across all our world-wide removals. Your items will be expertly wrapped, packed and sealed to keep them safe and dry. Our packaging is environmentally friendly and always recycled after use. We are proud to have achieved ISO14001 – the internationally accepted environmental management standard.
Our friendly experts will discuss what is involved with each transportation option, (sea, air, road), and which is most suited to your needs. Part and special loads are available, offering flexibility on costs and delivery dates – our team will be happy to advise you. Our vehicles are fitted with hands free mobile phones and security tracking systems, enabling us to continually monitor their location and keep you updated.
All items to be stored - either long or short term - are treated with the same care and attention as those to be delivered to your new home. We’ll carefully pack your possessions into special storage containers, seal them and deliver them to one of our convenient storage facilities. A full inventory will be provided and you can gain access at any time upon request.
Upon arrival, all your possessions are unloaded and, when appropriate, unpacked. The packaging and cartons are taken away for recycling at this time. All pieces are checked against the packing list and unpacked on to a flat surface in the room of your choice. Items disassembled by our team will be assembled in your new home. You will be asked to complete an evaluation form – your feedback is invaluable to our team.
